Unfortunately, the room itself was not well maintained, with a ripped chair and used dental floss left on the bathroom floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. This property needs better attention to detail and housekeeping standards to meet basic guest expectations.”

“Wouldn't stay there again. The front reception was hardly ever manned, they didn't change our towels or clean the room the whole time we were there, we ended up buying our own toilet paper when we ran out because there was never anyone at the front desk. The bathroom had no fan/aircon. The staff seemed friendly when we checked in, they were just hardly around, and never changed the linen during our stay.”
