“Wonderful. It started at reception, during check-in....the staff were awesome ,really friendly and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean and quiet. Loved the blackout curtains. Definitely recommend. ”

“First of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room (mind you it was a standard) was gorgeous. Clean, modern, all the kitchen facilities to cook your own meal if you wanted to or to use a microwave. They had a washing machine / dryer combo in the room, making it very helpful to clean your own clothes. Pool, gym, cinema, buffet breakfast and dinner. Fabulous place to stay. I had several usb points in my room to allow charging of all electronics.”

“Our room was pretty average, the bathroom has no fan, shower door did not close well so water was liking to the floor and making a mess. Housekeeping limited to making beds not cleaning or disposing of rubbish. The wifi password was not updated and the TV control remote did not work so we had to contact the manager who was very quick and helpful. ”

“I didn’t have hot water the first day, but staff were very efficient to get that fixed….. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed I would give a 2/10 but every is different and some people prefer harder beds ”

“Highly recommend Empire Apartment hotel. From check in the staff were friendly and prompt. Room was ready on time, clean and everything in order. Property was clean and tidy, including the pool and gym area. Bedding was comfortable and all appliances in working order. The property is close to shops and restaurants.”
