“Cottage was clean and well provided for our needs and check in was good, but unfortunately the former tenants didn't clean up after their pet or pets in the very small yard. “Had to walk to my car. Car parking is off site several blocks. Good thing it was not raining. We stayed there 3 days. If you suffer from knee pain, to get to the room you must go up stairs. That was the worst. I did not read anything online indicating rooms were upstairs. The room had a funky smell when we arrived. When the window a/c was turned on, the smell was nasty. “The property was very cozy and clean. My kids loved sleeping on the beds in the loft. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice showers. We enjoyed how the location was tucked away but still close enough to local stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends for their stays in the Orange Park area!”
