“Great location, communication, and accommodating. Clear beach view from the deck to enjoy sunrises and the ocean view all day. A direct path through the dune to the beach for easy access (even lighted). Close to Fort Clinch State Park, Historic Fernandina Beach downtown, and an easy drive to anything you need. “When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a large overflowing trash can in front of the garage door (near condo front door). Several bags and loose trash were above the container lid, so it did not shut. I contacted the property management company on Saturday a little after 4:00pm.
