“Muy limpio,el personal muy amable,el condo muy bonito 2 cuartos ,2 baños cocina equipada...una alberca junto a mi condo y las albercas principales y la playa como a 8 o 10 minutos caminando,puedes rentar bicicletas,carritos de golf es tan grande el complejo que no pude recorrerlo todo pero muy lindo.”

“It was very clean and in a cute setting. Dogs are welcome but there is really no space to walk them on property. No pool for children. It was very close to the beach, 4 min. Walk and a great beach bar/ restaurant that also welcomed our dog. Small and quaint setting. We were happy with our choice.”

“We spent a long weekend at this condo and loved it. Location on the beach with a top level view of the beach is perfect. Easy access to the beach if you don’t mind some stairs. Nice that they had a hose to rinse off your feet. Super clean. Can’t speak to kitchen supplies as we didn’t cook. ”

Great amenities on the property. We were disappointed by the hot tub being out of commission, but they did adjust pricing for this. Overall, a great home and vacation!”

“This property is absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic, it is clean, well furnished, and contains all the conveniences you might need in a vacation property. Three bedrooms with en-suite access means it has more than enough space for at least 3 couples. The beach is only 50 ft away and we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. 10/10”

“We love Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island and this was the absolute best location.10 minute walk to sunrise breakfast. 10 minute drive to downtown. 15 minute walk to Denucci's ice cream. Clean and spacious. Loved it!”

“Communication with the host was excellent! Check in was no problem The house was as described with a big fenced yard for the dogs in a local residential neighborhood . We ran into an issue with the air conditioning and the owner had the ac repair fellow out there three times on a Saturday to get it resolved. Although we were inconvenienced by this technical issue I found the owner to be empathetic and understanding and would definitely rent here another time in the future ”
