  • If you are looking for the ideal location near everything, then look no further. This condo is located within minutes from John Wayne Airport, South Coast Plaza Mall, Fashion Island Shopping Center in Newport Beach, Medical Facilities, Restaurants, Movie Theaters, The Orange County Performing Arts Theater. This condo is also minutes away from Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona Del Mar and Huntington Beach and much more.

    In addition to these tourist attractions the condo is located 20 minutes from Disneyland and 25 minutes to Knotts Berry Farm. Other attractions within an hour or so are Universal Studios, Hollywood, Legoland, Sea World and more.

    If you're planning a trip to view your children's college options Univesity of California at Irvine is 4 miles driving distance. Orange Coast Community College in Costa Mesa is less than two miles driving distance.

    This beautiful unit beautiful with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage with a fireplace will give you the rest and relaxation that you're looking for. On the back patio is a gorgeous and tranquil stream with waterfall.

Great Condo and location!

We were in town recently to watch my daughter march with her high school band in the Rose Parade. The band kids were staying in Costa Mesa so the condo was in a great a great location for us to visit Pasadena and all other places we wanted to see while in town like Disneyland, Newport, Laguna and Santa Monica beach! The condo was very clean, provided way more space to spread out than any hotel room ever could and the kitchen was well-equipped! We loved having access to a hot tub, private garage and the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the unit. Tyler was so nice and checked in to see how our stay was going. I would recommend this condo to my friends, family and anyone who is looking for accommodations in the Southern California area!

Cute and centrally located

This condo was great for our family of four with 2 small kids. The second bedroom had two twin beds to sleep in, delighting our 3-year-old. The bed in the master was very comfy--memory foam I think. The patio area was great with our own small waterfall and a table and chairs. The house was fully stocked with towels, dishes, etc. and everything was in working order. The bathrooms were dated but still functional. It is really close to a variety of restaurants at The Camp and had nearby freeway access to 3 freeways. The condo has a few stairs so those with mobility issues will want to avoid it.

Great 4th of July Weekend

Great house!!!! Great Location in Costa Mesa- close to everything. House is better than described, very quiet and calming. Pool and hot tub are a definite plus!!! One of the bedrooms second bed was broken but even with that hiccup we still loved our stay!! Can't wait to stay there again.

Great value and location

Condo is in a great location. Attending a family anniversary and visiting clients. Easy to get to all So-Cal locations. Visited clients in LA and Carlsbad. Had fun in Newport Beach and attended family functions in Tustin Hills, so this central, yet quiet location was perfect! Patio jacuzzi and pool were clean and relaxing. Two car garage provided safe storage of surf boards and cars (bring your bikes). While not "fancy", unit was spacious, relaxing, and comfortable for five adults. A great value and much nicer than a stay at any hotel.

Condo is very well located with stores and restaurants. Has good access to freeway to get around town. Was big enough to accommodate my family of 5 ,garage for 2 cars. Very quite at all times. Back patio with water stream very relaxing and able to barbecue.Condo is supplied with all home needs.

Costa Mesa Great Condo

My wife and I stayed in the condo for a week visiting family and had a great time. The condo was well appointed, clean with all the required utensils including TV and Internet. The landlord could not have been more helpful and instructions on checking in and out and using the facility was easy to understand and actually worked. Highly recommended

Good location and great place for family trip

It was nice to find this condo for our family trip to Southern California. There was everything for staying one week with our family of 5. The location is also good for visiting beach, Disney, Orange outlet, and LA. My father enjoyed Jacuzzi in the property everyday. Thanks, Tayler for your good hospitality. I will visit again if I have chance to travel the area in the future.

Great first VRBO experience

The condo was just right for our family. It's a quiet little community that is not too far from the places that we were visiting (Disneyland, Beach, Fullerton). My family of four felt quite at home in this space. The owner was super helpful and nice. Great to work with. It was nice to be able to feel comfortable while on vacation. I could not imagine having to share a hotel room with my kids for a week. This worked out so much better and I will definitely be doing it again.

Great Condo!

This condo is great! It was better than I expected and everything that was needed was provided. As an extra bonus that is not in the listing there is a small man made creek that runs through this complex and the waterfall is right outside close to the back patio. We would sit out there and drink our morning coffee and the sound of the water was very relaxing. The owner was very nice and knew all of the close attractions and places of interest.
