“Our stay there was great, would book this again!”

“Great place. It was clean and perfect for my daughter and me. Everything as described and not far from Casino Beach. Will stay there again.”

“A cozy stay. Check in and out was easy. Host was responsive when requested and unseen otherwise (perfect for us). Loved the location. Very quiet neighborhood.Rental was clean and extremely well presented.10/10 stay.I do think that the two beds up top in the loft should become 1 king sized bed and a pull out sleeper sofa.”

“Nice little place in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced in back yard.”

“Upon arrival I was very disappointed with the property. The area does not fit the family friendly description and the yard was very overgrown the beds and the couch smelled like body odor and the house was not cleaned thoroughly. When I tried to contact the host they didn’t answer any of my calls or messages. If you are considering staying I would recommend against it”

“Kim was so communicative and helpful throughout our stay and even prior. We had a wonderful time and were so glad to be so close to the beach!”

“This place was so cozy and welcoming. We stayed here for a quick stop between Texas and our florida destination. The house is on a very calm and quiet street. A very charming place!”

“Great place to stay!!!”

“Lovely home , we Loved our stay ! Comfortable bedding,..,lots of beach toys an umbrellas and chairs , toys for the beach ! There were lots of herbs which can be costly if you’re the chef …we didn’t have to purchase tissue or detergent ”

“Everything was great. We really enjoyed the stay!”

“This little house feel had a quaint B&B feel. We were only there for a night, but found zero issues. The house was exactly as pictured. The window AC units did a perfect job. The kitchen was ideal with a cold fridge, plentiful ice, and generous counter space. The living room has some oh-so-comfy couches that lured...

“House was clean and as described. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The table tennis table was a very entertaining addition to the property. The kitchen area is very well kitted out with appliances and cupboards, but a few more utensils would have been useful, e.g. a chopping board; sharp food prep knives; glassware; a toasterOverall we had a very comfortable stay.”

“Home was clean and well stocked, comfortable and adorable! Very short drive to the beach.”

“The property matched the picture and I would definitely rent again.”

“We really enjoyed the property. The location to the beach access and restaurants was perfect. The house fit our needs and was furnished very well. We will definitely vacation again at this location. Our host were amazing to work with and were very prompt with communication.”

“Very clean and perfect for our stay.”

“The house was pleasant, clean very well maintained. Very close to the boardwalk. Short drive. However, The outside was not inviting, ants, spiders and the furniture looked like no one has used it in years. Couldn't use the outside patio at all. We like to sit out and have our coffee in the nature. We were also NOT told there would be an additional person renting the garage space as a studio apartment, and was told there were certain items to help us so we didn’t have to pack them. There was...
