We had to pack up our stuff again for them to clean. They refunded me 200 of the total cost of stay there 3 nights .The toilet did not work right. Cottages are comfortable, well stocked with linens and cooking supplies (pots, pans, serving sets). Bed sheets and blankets were clean and comfortable. “We stayed at Michelle's tiny home for 3 nights while vacationing in the US. My 4.5 year old daughter was also with us, she had the BEST time ! Michelle was so patient with her, even when she chased her bunnies/cats after being told not to (Sorry Michelle) She let my daughter feed/hold the bunnies.
