“We stay in a lot of rentals due to travel softball and this is by far the cleanest and most comfortable. The view was peaceful and it was the perfect calm in the morning before the chaos. We got to watch all the birds on the river and the cute little family of swallows on the porch while drinking coffee. Absolutely perfect!”

“Handles on cabinets we're broken or missing. Windows had supplied woodblocks to prop open. Took almost a whole 24 hours to get. Internet working communicate communication was quick. But hollow, they finally sent somebody to fix the internet the next day in the afternoon. Turned out, it was unplugged in the office. Although they did try to trouble shoot it over the phone I do give them that but that took quite a bit of my time.”

“Too difficult to prove identity credentials. Can’t really figure out why more than a credit card is needed. This was a huge hassle. There was a kitchen but only 3 forks! Two bowls and one wine glass. That’s just crazy. ”

“At first it was freezing cold in the room, but once I was able to figure out the heating system it was very comfortable afterwards. Cute little place for a short stay at the coast for one or two people. ”

“Phenomenal stay all around, great clean and extremely well stocked and maintained flat in a perfect area that is incredibly walkable. We were able to park, drop off bags, head out the door and down the stairs walk the beach to a nice chowder place and back. I will definitely be looking up some other properties for a nice summer stay. ”

“Everything was perfect. The room was spacious. The view was outstanding and the beach was easy to get to. I was a bit worried about the steps because I am not in the best shape but it was a breeze getting back to the room. The entire stay was so wonderful, we will be back!”

“Beautiful place. My only issue is the bed is raised. At 4'11" I had a hard time getting into it. A family with 3 kids was staying in the condo above us and were very noisy. But again the condo was well equipped and gorgeous”

“We enjoyed our stay. I like the fireplace and cozy beds. The only con comment was with the pool. It was definitely not heated. The hot tub was hot but you could not turn on any jets. The ph of the pool was tested while we were there but no test on the hot tub. I felt the hot tub needed attention. We always enjoy our stays at D Sands and will be back.”
