“This property, which not directly on the beach, has a great ocean view. Cons: If you have knee issues or any mobility issues, be forewarned that all bedrooms are in the basement while the kitchen and den are on the top floor. Also, the shower is tiny. Pros: great view of ocean, several outdoor gathering placed to eat or just rest, and close proximity to good restaurants”

“An adorable coastal cottage with the right amount of room for our family of four. The view and short walk to the amazing beach and cute cafes was a bonus. The kitchen was workable for cooking in but the supplies/utensils were hit or miss. The exterior certainly shows some deferred maintenance but that did not detract from a lovely beach trip.”

“The house was a perfect place to stay with a great view and easy beach access. There is no cell service which we already knew. We were unable to connect to Wi-Fi. An information book would be helpful due lack connectivity. Upon arriving you need to push the Schlage button on lock before entering code not noted in arrival email. Other than that we had a great time.”

“Host is EXTREMELY fast at responding. We had 6 adults stay here. 2 of them were elderly and used walkers which wasn't a problem at all since the house is single story. You can't get a better view than this place and my mother and her friend were in heaven with it. The main little town of Oceanside is adorable and we ate out for every meal even though there was a full kitchen we could've cooked in. The Master is stunning & if you like taking a bath there is an amazing bathtub in the master...

“Perfect location in a smaller, quieter town. House was well equipped with everything we needed and the robes were very cozy! We tried out 2 of the restaurants in Oceanside and loved them! Can’t wait to go back to this great spot! ”

“We rented this home as a weekend get away from the chaos of working two jobs and finally having a weekend off. The home is beautiful and holds lots of charm. However we had one major complaint and one minor disappointment. The height of the tubs in both bathrooms makes it VERY difficult to navigate. Our daughter has a disability and getting in and out of this tub to shower was not something she could do. If you find it difficult to get in and out of a standard size tub I wouldn’t recommend this...
