"La propiedad muy bonita y segura,la comida deliciosa aunque un poco picante casi todos los platos,en el bar de la piscina para rapido atencion tienen que verte con el dolar en mano sino te disecas al sol esperando y nunca llega,creo que la propina hay que ganarsela con el buen servicio y atencion no es obligatoria,y menos si el trago no es bueno ni el servicio tampoco.En general nos encanto la estancia y la disfrutamos.Una aroma deliciosa en el hotel."

"Es un hotel muy bonito, muy grande y muy completo. La comida es muy rica. Los únicos inconvenientes que se nos presentaron fue el idioma, puesto que nadie habla español, y que un día se pusieron a reparar el sistema de agua, dejándonos sin servicio de agua potable en el cuarto por un par de horas. "I went on a girls trip to the Hilton Rose Hotel. The hotel lobby and the scenery was beautiful, the staff was friendly and polite. However, when we made it to our room we were extremely disappointed. The room was very small and extremely outdated. We couldn’t believe it especially since the rest of the hotel looked so modern. Upon our check in, we were told there would be a $200 hold on our credit card but it would be returned in 7-10 business days after we checked out. It has now been exactly a month and one week since we left this hotel and I have not received my money back. I’ve called numerous times and was transferred to the accounting department where no one answered. I called day after day and no answer. Til this day no one has been able to help me and my money has not been returned. I went into this trip wanting to love it and for the most part I left with great memories, but now this hotel has left a sour taste in my mouth with their lack of communication and professionalism."
