“Pros: The hotel facilities are really nice, with an incredibly large pool, very well kept gardens a good breakfast. The beach is very nice and long to walk along. Cons: the hotel is very big and as a consequence there are also many guests making the breakfast room and beach area very busy - no beach sun beds available after 10 since everyone reserves their sunbed. The restaurants of the hotel are a bit overpriced but there are small restaurants nearby so that should not be a problem. All...

The manager Sali was so genuinely happy to see us back, as were all the staff from reception to room cleaners and gardeners. “This is a loverly beach front resort in a peaceful quiet area of Kao Lak. The staff are very friendly and helpful, giving any assistance required. There is a travel desk in the foyer to book outside trips or arrange extra actives. The restaurant and it's staff are all excellent and the food great. There are 2 bars with afternoon happy hours serving cocktails and beers. 2 very nice pools - one beachfront the other next to the small onsite supermarket.
