“Pros: The hotel facilities are really nice, with an incredibly large pool, very well kept gardens a good breakfast. The beach is very nice and long to walk along. Cons: the hotel is very big and as a consequence there are also many guests making the breakfast room and beach area very busy - no beach sun beds available after 10 since everyone reserves their sunbed. The restaurants of the hotel are a bit overpriced but there are small restaurants nearby so that should not be a problem. All...

“This was a great place to stay for a night and I could see myself staying there for a little longer. The hotel is super clean and new, quiet, has a cool pool and a lovely garden. The staff are nice and friendly. The only slight downside is the area (everything is along a busy 2-3 lane main road) which is common for all hotels and not a particular issue for this one. ”

“Wir waren das 2. Mal bei Pranee und waren ebenso begeistert über alles, wie beim 1. Mal!!! Toller Bungalow mit täglicher Reinigung, sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung... Die Freundlichkeit Pranees und ihrer Schwester, eine fantastische Köchin, sind einfach umwerfend...sowie alle weiteren Mitarbeiter! Der Transfer vom und wieder zum Flughafen Phuket erfolgte sehr angenehm und reibungslos.... Wir werden auf alle Fälle Wiederholungstäter!!!”

“We stayed here for 2 nights while in Khao Lak. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check-in a bit earlier as we were moving from our previous location. They also shared tips for Khao Lak and were available when needed. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new as well (we were staying at Seashell house which is located 3 min walking from the main property). The area around is lively and full of shops and restaurants, as well as conveniently close to the beach....

“Nice property with nice people individual bungalows, kind of a funny part of town, not touristy at all. But the prices are very inexpensive. Also, good place to land after scuba diving as it is near the dock.”

“Heerlijk ruim , in een winkel straat , 1 minuut lopen naar het strand, begin van de straat taxi’s die je overal naar toe brengen, prijs staat vermeld, heel veel te doen, ben 1 week geweest ”

“Reservamos la villa con piscina privada y estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un late check out el dia de salida. El hotel solamente tiene un restaurante que es un poco caro pero a 5-6 minutos caminando por la larga playa hay restaurantes con buenas opciones. El hotel es familiar pero es muy tranquilo y en una buena zona a 15 mins de Khao Lak village. Totalmente recomendable”

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Grand Mercure Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang. Das Zimmer war top, alles sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum war etwas sehrhektisch, wenn man nicht früh oder später kam. Leider gab es nur zwei Kaffeevollautomaten, welche nicht ausreichten für alle Gäste, da diese äußert langsam funktioniert haben. Oft stand man gut 10 Minuten an. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf. Ansonsten gibt es unserseits keine negativen Erfahrungen. Das Essen...

“Hôtel de charme +++ La quinzaine de bungalows est disséminée DD ans un superbe jardin bien entretenu et autour d’un lac . La plage privée et le restaurant se trouve à une dizaine de minutes à pied ou 5 min à vélo ( prêtés gratuitement) Le petit déjeuner ( sur le site) est excellent. Une très belle adresse”
