The staff are nice and friendly. The only slight downside is the area (everything is along a busy 2-3 lane main road) which is common for all hotels and not a particular issue for this one. ”

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Grand Mercure Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang. Das Zimmer war top, alles sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum war etwas sehrhektisch, wenn man nicht früh oder später kam. Leider gab es nur zwei Kaffeevollautomaten, welche nicht ausreichten für alle Gäste, da diese äußert langsam funktioniert haben. Oft stand man gut 10 Minuten an. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf.
