My boyfriend and I stayed here as a get-away for some peaceful relaxation. The home was so great. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and they had a ton of items and cookware that you could need while visiting. The host was VERY kind and welcoming and was quick to message about any issues. The hot tub was the best. We went out at night and watched the shooting stars while we sat in it to stay warm. It was an incredible experience. I'm absolutely saving this property for future visits.10/10 experience

The property was one of the best properties that we have stayed at that was arranged through VRBO. The only thing that we could not find was the stopper to the kitchen sink. The communication from the host was outstanding and the property was as advertised.

My 2 sisters and I stayed at The Tipsy Moon for a long weekend. We used it as a home base to explore Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona. The home is in a established home area and is all redone. It is very clean and has everything plus some that you could need. The backyard with the hot tub was a welcome retreat in the evening. We would stay here again. The host was very responsive and provided all details for our stay.

Our stay at Alisha's home was incredible! Everything is well appointed and all the appliances and attention to detail was phenomenal. The home is exceptionally clean and all the amenities are outstanding. We will definitely come visit again. Thank you.

What a great place to stay!

This place was CLEAN. We've been doing VRBO's for more than 20 years and this has to be among the top three cleanest places we've ever stayed. It is also one of the most well-supplied we've ever stayed in - all we needed was our food - everything else was available that we needed to have a great stay. And the host was very communicative and friendly! Excellent!!!

Old Town Oasid

We loved staying here. The house and back patio are a perfect oasis in downtown cottonwood! Its so close to all the best spots in Cottonwood and the whole Verde Valley! We visit Cottonwood quite often and have stayed in different vrbos in the area and this one is our favorite! Thank you Alisha for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We hope to visit again soon!!

Best Place for a Girl’s Trip

From the moment we walked in, The Tipsy Moon felt warm and inviting! Alicia thought of everything! There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. All the beds were amazingly comfortable, the kitchen had everything you’d ever need, the toiletries provided smelled amazing, the jacuzzi was clean and inviting, the house was spotless, and the decor is warm and inviting. The house is close to the downtown area too! I would highly recommend!

Winter get away

Cottonwood is Sedona’s lovely, yet quiet sister and the Tipsy Moon is the perfect place to stay while visiting. The property is a wonderful rental to enjoy all that Cottonwood has to offer. I rented Tipsy Moon for three weeks and would absolutely stay there again. It’s an adorable house that has been updated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, it has a great outdoor space to enjoy the morning sun and the house was spotless. Alisha was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommended giving Cottonwood and the Tipsy moon try.

Great rental, close to many outdoor activities

Really enjoyed staying in Cottonwood as a base for exploring the Verde Valley. The property had everything we needed and the hot tub was great after a day hiking. We appreciated the bedding and the comfort of the home.

Mini-moon

We stayed for two nights after our wedding. Very clean and quiet house, close to everything in town. Beautiful backyard with a very nice privacy screen around the hot tub. The house was super clean and very well stocked, felt like a nice resort. Cute little coffee bar, plenty of towels and shower toiletries.
