“The main reason I gave lower ratings on some of the survey questions was due to an issue during check-in. I had already been charged by the Vrbo host, but when I arrived at Stonewall Resort, I was told there was no card on file and that I would need to pay again. It appeared that Stonewall needed to process payment through the host rather than charge me directly.I tried explaining to the Stonewall staff that a third party was handling the payment, but they were unable to verify or locate that...

“It's the second time that I've stayed at this facility in three years. The hotel is acceptable. Relatively clean. Desk staff is helpful. Unfortunately over a three day stay, housekeeping didn't visit the room even one time. Towels everywhere. Trash overflowing the tiny trash cans. No beds made. Etc. Breakfast is pretty weak. Additionally, the room was incredibly humid and musty. The price was good and your local options are limited, so.....just know that you're not getting much...

“There was a bar directly under our room that was blasting music until 10:30. The evening front desk attendant was beyond rude. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect stay if you are deaf. My husband took out his hearing aids and slept like a baby.”
