“We recently stayed at this lovely cottage in Carlisle with my two children and had an amazing time. The place was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage had a lovely big garden with beautiful views, and there were some great walks nearby which we all enjoyed. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was just right. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“Fantastic location and sense of being in a special place. Room was in annexe but that was fine, just a short walk across car park, and was reasonably spacious with efficient lift. Staff could not have been more helpful whether cheerfully bringing more tea at breakfast or dealing helpfully with enquiries at reception. If coming by car, parking seems tricky. The property is in the process of being updated but this didn't affect our stay except perhaps to see how well it appears to be going and I'm sure when this is finished they will have a hotel to be proud of.
