“We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The view from the penthouse was breathtaking, and we never wanted to leave because of its breathtaking beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here in the future!”

“House has 4 beach towels 4 beach chairs 2 coolers - kitchen has everything you need - location is perfect - community pool not crowded at all - only complaints are the shower is VERY small and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Parking was not an issue ever. Outside upstairs patio is spacious and great for hanging out playing games etc. Murphy bed was comfortable and had a privacy curtain. Great place to stay close to downtown across Bay”

“Awesome studio home that had everything we needed. Hannah was an amazing host and communicated very well. The view was so nice, and we enjoyed that it was close to Cruz Bay and within a 20 minute drive of all the beautiful beaches on the north! ”

“The property was super-clean, well-equiped and had all necessary eating utensils and cookware. It is located near the top of a hill on the outskirts of Cruz Bay, best reached by taxi or rental car. Guests can walk down to the main road and take a safari taxi to go to downtown Cruz Bay, and take another safari taxi to go to the beautiful north-coast beaches. The property is well-recommended to all potential guests.”

“We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.”

“Positives: super high end appliances, cookware, dishes, blender, toaster, microwave, etc. Comfortably sleeps 4 (2 ppl in each queen bed). Bedrooms, kitchen, patio, and livingroom area were clean and comfortable. Great location! Short walk to town, and short drive to the beaches. Prop manager was easy to contact with questions.Negatives: Bathroom needs some serious TLC (ceiling is unpainted, shower curtain bar is not super secure) but it's all cosmetic. Hot water only lasts about 10 mins,...

“Inaccurate listing. Said fully air conditioned. It wasn't. Owner constantly tried to get my credit card info outside of VRBO platform underthreat of enormous fees if I didn't. 200 for leaving a dirty towel. 500 for not taking garbage bag to the dumpster, etc. Do not rent from this person”
