  • The Yellow Mountain Cabin was built in 1928 by our Great Grandfather. Step back in time and enjoy the whimsy and charm of our craftsman-style cabin while enjoying the modern amenities, including a new King Size bed in the master! Nestled in the woods, enjoy the view, the beautiful antiques, the stained glass windows, and more! Perfect for couples, families, or a friend's retreat! We've even created a What To Do and Where to Eat guide for you to enjoy!

Comfortable beds and lovely linens. A bit remote but good for relaxation. So many amenities provided, a definite home away from home.

The cabin was an absolutely outstanding place to stay. Central to many of the waterfalls our crew was here to explore and not too far from a grocery store and restaurants. The cabin was clean and inviting and my kids had a great time looking at all the decorations and the horses across the street. I would definitely recommend the cabin.

Absolutely wonderful; incredible place in middle of waterfalls, lakes, streams, fly fishing, white water rafting,kayaking or just relaxing. We would definitely come back!!! Everything we were hoping for & much more!

We stayed here one night and the cabin was really nice. Checkin was super easy ss was checkout! Definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a nice cabin to spend time w family or friends.

Cozy cabin in the mountains

This cozy cabin in the woods was perfect for a weekend girls getaway. It provided seculsion while also being easy to get to and conveniently located near the downtown areas of both Cashiers and Highlands. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great property! Easy access to Cashiers, Highlands and all the hiking trails.When you drive up to cabin it isn’t what you might expect but the inside is magical we all enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely!

The cabin on Yellow Mountain is an adorable, beautifully decorated place that met our needs perfectly. In town for a wedding, but wished we booked longer just so we could chill on the front porch or do some hiking in the beautiful NC mountains. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
