“This VRBO was perfectly located and very clean. We were not bothered by any noose from the gym downstairs. The only negative I can think of is the combined rooms upstairs. There is a large open doorway between the two rooms that at least a curtain or shutters of some sort wouldhave helped to add a little more privacy. Otherwise, both rooms had their own adjacent bathroom so you really didn’t need to pass through the other room aside from entering. We would stay there again.”

“Perfect place to stay if visiting old St Charles. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location for walking to shopping and nightlife activities. Yet the room was very quiet as to not being disturbed by music and crowds in the late hours. The room was outfitted as described. ”

“This place is fantastic and I would definitely stay here again. Had a couple issues with the door, but the host answered immediately and got it resolved immediately. Very happy with the experience and definitely recommend this place.”

“We had a fantastic stay in St. Charles! This property was exactly as advertised with checking in & out a breeze. It was charming, clean, and contained everything we needed. The host was responsive, helpful, and friendly. We appreciated the dedicated parking space and the location was amazing! We walked to several shops, eateries, a park and Grandma’s cookies. As an added plus, there was a Turkish coffee shop downstairs (and a little ways up the sidewalk.)”

“Overall the stay was good, and the property has its charms. You will get your steps in for the day going up and down the stairway(s). Good value and lots of space.Had an issue with the dishwasher not working. Water had backed up from previous user, and nobody checked it. This resulted in a moldy and stinky concoction growing in the bottom of the dishwasher. Contacted host that morning by text and VRBO platform. No response from host until several days later after we checked out. I had to...

“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...
