Spring break getaway

Had a wonderful time with the family. House was wonderful and the pool was awesome. Might want to look into who is used for cleaning. When we got there, we found several empty and half-full plastic Gator-Aid bottles under the couch and beds. Looks like they had been there for a while. Also, the linen and towels were still in the dryer from the previous rental. Not a problem. We are perfectly capable of folding towels. One thing that was disappointing was the amount of private beach available for us. It was very small and trying to pack in as many people that were there for vacation was difficult. If AvantStay could give me a call I would like to discuss future rental and another issue of importance. Otherwise, your not going to find a better l

Outstanding beach house!

We stayed at the Destin Dolphin over fall break with our family. It is an amazing beach house, literally just 200 steps from the sand. One of our favorite things about the house was the amazing backyard setup with the pool, hammocks, outdoor grill and bar area, etc. There are also so many beds to accommodate guests. I would definitely recommend. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property within walking distance of the beach. The backyard pool area was so nice though, we only went to the beach twice. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!!

We just stayed here for memorial weekend with friends and family and it was awesome!!! Clean and spectacular home. Room for everyone and walking distance to the beach. This made handling the little ones (ages 2.5 and 4.5) super convenient. There’s a bathroom and shower outside by the pool which again is super convenient since we were pretty much outside the whole trip enjoying the beautiful pool and outdoor fun when we weren’t at the beach. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

Vacation rental

Have never booked with AvantStay but would 100% book again. Our rental home was amazing. Plenty of rooms and large for everyone to have plenty of room to move around. The outdoor space was amazing and the ease of walking 3 minutes to the beach was wonderful!! Already planning out next stay at the same house for next year!!

Repeat Stay

Great location. Clean property with lots of sleeping options. Great for several families with kids. Two kitchens indoors and one outdoor. Outdoor pool area with bar/grill is awesome after a long day at the beach. Only a block from the beach. Only odd thing is that the claw foot tub in the upstairs master suite is not hooked up. Not something that bothered us but if you are expecting to soak in the tub it won’t happen.

Location location location!!!🌴

Beautiful home! Very short walk to the beach, you can see the ocean from the upper balcony, perfect place for shade in the afternoon or sit and watch the sun rise in the morning. A nice walk to crab trap, the food was great!! A little drive is pompano joes, drinks were yummy. There are 3 kitchens, 2 full; on 1st fl, and 2nd fl, backyard kitchen - complete with refrigerator, full sink, tv, 2 grills, the bar grill didn’t heat past 300 degrees, the yard grill was great. The string lights on the fence and pergola were fabulous! The tv was nice! The outdoor bathroom and exterior shower were convenient. Inside it’s sound proofed well. The beds are super comfortable, slept great! Linens bedding, and towels are very nice. Bring your beach/pool towel. I would highly recommend new curtains in the primary bath, I could see neighbors from the bathroom, not cool. 5 bedrooms consist of 3 kings w/TVs, 1king w/ twin bunks 2 w/ kings only, 2 other rooms have double size bunk bed in each room. One that is sort of in a hallway outside the primary but has privacy with doors. All bedrooms have black out curtains!! When we had pool heat issues AvantStay was prompt, responsive, and professional. Destin temps were in the mid to low 70s, with pool heat swimming at 7am was the best! Highly recommended!! The pool and house were clean and well taken care of, beachy designed decor is perfect!

Amazing location, beautiful property

The house was beautiful and we will definitely return. We were disappointed that the basketball goal as advertised was not in the backyard, but still enjoyed the other amenities.

Family Spring Break At Beach

(request - please do not specifically reference my name) Excellent location, only two blocks from Gulf. Property well-furnished and maintained. Backyard area beautifully designed, fully private, with abundant seating. Subtle evening lighting option to continue enjoying backyard. Two grandchildren (ages 5 and 7) especially enjoyed the pool (recommend heating if planning a Spring visit; good investment) Suggest taking full advantage of pathway across from beach for walking and biking. Quick access to shopping and dining. Very pleased our dog could join us on the trip.

Lots of space outside and inside with 3 full size fridges.

Two kitchens, 3 bedrooms with en suites plus 1-2 other bedrooms with another full bath and two half baths make it spacious. Things to improve - master bath shower doesn’t drain well, a fan on the outside balcony would be nice, white furniture covers not clean. Much of beach nearby is private - you can access and use but can’t take personal umbrellas outside a very small area.

Amazing beach home for multiple families!

After another rental cancelled on us 5 days prior to our stay, we were able to book this gem last minute. It was quite large for just our small family 3, but would be perfect for two or more families. We loved that it was pet friendly with an accommodating backyard. The pool was greatly enjoyed, and the beach is just a short stroll across the street. Ideal location, close to everything but the beach was less crowded than other areas. Only complaint (and not really a big deal at all) was that they were behind on cleaning the day we arrived, so we had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. Also to note, the master clawfoot tub is just for aesthetics and not actually connected, in case one had intentions for a hot soak. There is however a small bathtub downstairs that works fine to bathe the littles. Definitely recommend, we had a great stay!

Perfect getaway

Nice clean property with easy access to everything. Beach was just a block away! Quiet street/area and backyard space was great for the kids. We had 5 adults/5 kids and everyone had a great time!

Great place to stay with your dogs

Great property and loved the dogs welcome. Only problem- beach has signs posted NO DOGS. We didn’t find this out until we were at the beach. Need to warn prospective tenants.

Wonderful!

Beautiful property all around! Very clean, super close to the beach, outside pool, kitchen and tv were awesome! That is where we spent most of our time! Besides the beach of course! Only thing I would recommend is a new grill. Very rusty inside and out but that was the least of our worries! We would definitely stay here on our future vacation!

Amazing Property

This property exceeded our expectations!!! Super clean with tons of space for two families of 5 each. The outdoor bar and kitchen area was a great space for relaxing and watching NCAA games. The heated pool fee was worth every penny. The backyard and pool was so much bigger than other places we looked at. This property is fresh and up to date with all modern accommodations. If we return to Destin, this is where we will stay! This location is steps from the beach and has a few walkable spots to eat/grab coffee.
