“Utilicé el servicio de lavandería y me intentaron cargar por prendas que no había, ademas de cambiar el nombre de algunas de ellas. El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema.”

“Habitación grande y espaciosa, selección de almohadas, cama cómoda, muy bien situado. Un auténtico 5 estrellas ”

“Pretty good to stay”

“No opening windows for fresh air. The layout was odd, a broken work desk was placed in front of premium views. Views from other areas of the room were blocked by the desk. Limited to no cutlery were available. No bags were available for sanitary items. No parking was available at the hotel.”

“Muy amables”

“Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views. Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. “Me trataron como si estuviera en casa”

“I enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and the amenities were useful. The balcony had an amazing view but can sometimes be a bit loud if room is near the main road, however this wasn’t an issue at night when sleeping.”

“Couldn’t rate the hotel high enough …and all of the staff I saw in action or assisted me were the best I have ever experienced !”

“One of the most derelict hotel rooms I have seen in a very long time. Rubbish in the hallways, self check-in…etc. Not the kind of hotel you expect paying almost 200€ per night. Hard to believe the good rating it has. Extremely overpriced for you get. ”

“Muy buenas condiciones del Hotel, habitación amplia y muy bien ubicado”

“Céntrico, el gym es muy limitado ”

“Everything”

“Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

“Good location with easy free bus access to the city. We didn't like the emphasis on punishments if we did something wrong. Felt chastised for nothing. I suppose they have a history of people doing damage.”
