“Utilicé el servicio de lavandería y me intentaron cargar por prendas que no había, ademas de cambiar el nombre de algunas de ellas. El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema.”

“Habitación grande y espaciosa, selección de almohadas, cama cómoda, muy bien situado. Un auténtico 5 estrellas ”

“Muy amables”

“Couldn’t fault this place. Staff were friendly and Alvin gave us a late checkout and was very helpful and courteous during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and we will definitely be booking there again 😊”

“Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views. Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. “Muy buenas condiciones del Hotel, habitación amplia y muy bien ubicado”

“One of the most derelict hotel rooms I have seen in a very long time. Rubbish in the hallways, self check-in…etc. Not the kind of hotel you expect paying almost 200€ per night. Hard to believe the good rating it has. Extremely overpriced for you get. ”

“Céntrico, el gym es muy limitado ”

“Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

“Clean room friendly staff easy check-in checkout”

“Good location with easy free bus access to the city. We didn't like the emphasis on punishments if we did something wrong. Felt chastised for nothing. I suppose they have a history of people doing damage.”
