“The property was very nice - quiet and the rooms were better than to be expected upon outside appearance. However, the people above us made noise until 1 am and began against 5:45, with the front desk doing nothing but calling them . We spoke with the desk several times and left our phone number for a call from manager when we left. We have heard nothing”

“It was convenience to downtown. It was right around the corner from PicPac. The price was good but there was some issues when we first got there. The heat wasn’t on and wven when it said it was it wouldn’t come on. I had to contact the property owner and the property opener said everything was good but after about 30 minutes of being there, some thing happening and it got turned on. Once we got their attention, they responded and everything worked out. My suggestion would be that the host should check their text messages and reply.”

“My husband, sons and I were in town for our daughter's whitecoat ceremony at LMU. The location was perfect for our needs. The apartment has ample space and was comfortable for the four of us.The only negative was the access to the stairs. It had rained the day of our arrival and the path to the stairs was a muddy mess. ”
