“The room was clean staff was polite & informative. We had some water in the bathroom under the sink that front desk. No, the maintenance man came immediately. He took care of the problem. He come back a little while later to check and we also seen him in the morning. Lots of options for eating. Would stay there again. ”

“The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. “Fantastic stay!! Amazing camper, nicer than some of the homes I’ve stayed in. Saw Moonbow at Cumberland Falls, hiked Dog Slaughter Falls, Yahoo Falls and Yahoo Arch. Best trip for my 10 year olds bday. Can’t recommend this stay highly enough!!!”
