The over all feeling was very cozy as soon as you walked in!We stayed for our anniversary was a great get away from everything for a weekend! We even got a chance to go Country Spring Vineyard! “We rented the boathouse for our family for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. It was perfect because it’s close enough to Waco but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our family enjoys fishing and camping, so this location was perfect!! There are so many things to do at the ranch, everyone was entertained all weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly!”

“This house was amazing. Had everything we needed and more. Fit our family perfectly as we had a weekend stay for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. Easy to get to and neighborhood was quiet. We had no issues with check-in, plenty of amenities, and host sent all directions for our stay. ”

“Overall, it was a nice place. The kids loved the pickle ball and the donkeys outside. The house was clean and there was plenty of space for us. But, we were within 15 minutes of canceling because the host did not respond to us or give us check-in instructions. We had to talk to half the population of India to finally get somebody to get a hold of the host to get us the codes and the check-in instructions. The house has all concrete floors and no rugs. “The description was a little misleading. Its an old garage or something converted into a little house. The ac in the 2single bed bedrooms basically didnt work. We enjoyed it overall and the quietness.”
