“ The bed was very comfortable. The fixtures were a bit banged up and there was some unfinished random painting that could make the room look better.”

“No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. ”

The food was amazing all 3 mornings we were at Home Sweet Home. We stayed in the Paris Suite and found the bed to be very comfortable and the suite to be clean & spacious There were plenty of fans to circulate the air around the room and lamps to lighten up the space. “Everyone from the host to the cleaning group to the locals at the diner down the road are courteous and inviting. We stayed for a high school fishing trip, and are talking about going back just for a getaway. You will not be disappointed if you book any of the three cottages they all look wonderful. The area around them is quite and cordial and beautiful! ”
