“This was our second stay and Tiffany and Zach’s rental and again it was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Tiffany and Zach excel at communication. We had a problem with the door (mostly user error) and they were with us within minutes to help. It’s the perfect spot for us to stay when visiting family in the area. It is alway clean, cold when you want cool air and warm when you are there in the winter months. Clean towels and nice sheets on the bed. We will continue to pick them every time....

“Great stay. Accommodations and host were excellent. ”

“The host did not send the entry code and entry directions so I could not access the property on Friday night. I had to pay for a hotel. I did get the code Saturday and we stayed Saturday night. Very cool place and we enjoyed it. However, I should be refunded for one night because I was only able to stay 1 night instead of the scheduled 2 nights (that I prepaid for) due to the host's inability to send the entry code and directions.”

“Nice room”

“Pecan Cottages was super cute, clean and comfortable. We had the Davey Crockett cottage for our 2 night stay while we were visiting some family we have seen for over 30 years! It was a perfect choice over a standard hotel room. Quaint and cute, the decor was well thought out and strategic. It was an old school cabin for sure but had wifi, mini frig, Keurig and TV, everything ya needed was there! Bed was comfortable and we slept pretty good! Charity and Clint (the owners) were really nice and...

“Todo me gustó repetiría. Lo que deben mejorar la cortina del baño está gastada, sería conveniente que dejaran más toallas en la habitación al menos una más, y el desayuno sería excelente si ofrecieran la opción de huevos en cualquier presentación para tener proteína y pueden eliminar algo como la variedad de dulces de forma que resulte conveniente económicamente. Y por último sería grandioso si la piscina funcionara y la mantuviesen limpia y operativa aunque creo estaban trabajando en ello. BUEN...

“Our stay was perfect and the host were incredibly welcoming.. You can tell they take a lot of pride in this property as well as making sure the guests were very well accommodated all while respecting the privacy of there guests.Extremely pet friendly. 18 mins from town and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery during our drive to town.We will definitely be booking again as we come to Union City every year. Bonus- The sofa bed was just as comfortable as the bed of your bringing extra guests. They...

“Loved this little place! I am originally from the area and regularly come up to visit. I will definitely be booking again. The host is accommodating and communicative, the house was clean and cool when I walked in, and the decorating feels spacious but cozy at the same time. Add in the neighbor cat that visited outside with me every day and it was the perfect stay!”

“Cute and clean little house, just pictured!”

“The main standout for me was the cleanliness of the house. You can immediately tell that a lot of care is put into cleaning here.”
