“We had a wonderful stay, Our room was clean and had 2 queen size beds which we actually needed. Lobby area is quite big and clean too, good options for breakfast. We were served by Sukhmeet at the front desk and he seems a helpful staff. Even the other staff in the morning were also helpful and cheering. Hotel has an indoor pool and fitness room overall it was a great experience staying there. Thank You Team Clarion.”

“The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never...

“I was truly disappointed that we couldn’t open windows for fresh air. I called expedia for help. According to the lady i talked too, it was showing that some rooms had windows that could open. They said NO I tried to cancel the second night but they were absolutely no help. Since i had been told by expedia that they had. King suite with a window that could open, we chose Sherwood Park but NEVER again. The hotel was clean that wasn’t an issue but the no flexibility at all was truly...
