“Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....

“10/10 WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN! Perfect adorable cabin wonderfully secluded for our 2nd honeymoon! Pictures really don't do it justice. The driveway is not super steep (like other places in the mountains). The cabin feels like it's been there for 75 years and sits in the environment naturally. Hot tub was a delight, lots of room and the views were unparalleled. I really want to come back in the fall or winter to snuggle in frot of the wood stoves! Thank you so much!”

“This was the perfect place for a four day get away, I wish I could have stayed longer. The views from the condo are incredible. It's also secluded, but not too secluded. A perfect balance for an outdoor vacation. The condo was clean, cozy and has all the appliances and utensils you would expect. It's close to a lot of good hiking and sightseeing as well.
