“This was a very clean property and plenty of extra amenities like firewood for the firepit on the deck and for the firepit at the bottom of the stairs. The gas fireplace on the front porch was very nice as well as the grill very handy and of course the hot tub quite a nice addition. There were games such as board games inside and outdoor cornhole setup and bicycles.Driving distances to the grocery store and restaurants and to the athletic amenities were 10-12 minutes. “We had a wonderful time in this incredible house. Everything was as described, and even better than we expected. (For example, we stopped at the store on the way to pick up laundry detergent, extra paper goods, etc. But they were all provided by the host!)The host was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns, and went out of her way to accommodate us.The newly renovated theater was a welcomed bonus, and we enjoyed comfortably watching as a group. We definitely were not expecting to have...

House was very clean and comfortable with tons of entertainment whether you wanted to watch football on the big screen or chill in the hot tub. We would highly recommend!”

There was plenty of propane for the fire-pit and the grill, which was very thoughtful. The pool is small but it was nice to be...

“The cabin had a beautiful setting in the rolling Hills of Tennessee. Coming from the south it felt good to breathe in the clean mountain air. I look forward to our next race to rent from them again”

“Host/property management interaction was very challenging. Non responsive to messages and came into a house that was 50 degrees because heat hadn’t been adjusted, even though there is a nest/remote thermostat. A lovely home otherwise. ”
