“The room was very dusty, there were dirty socks behind the bedside cabinet, the vinyl on the headboard was peeling off. The shower door frames were filthy, the shower mat was disgusting, there wasn't a plug in the handbasin. The door to the en-suite bathroom looked as if it had been kicked in as the handle/lock area was smashed with large splinters of rough wood sticking out so it couldn't close properly or lock. There are no USB charging points in the room!! this is most unusual these...

“Was great location near sea , hotel was nice but needed updating, we knew was,a dog friendly hotel, but didnt like the fact that dogs sat on furniture, only place not allowed was restaurant which was only open for breakfast ,all other meals was served in bar where dogs was allowed , as much as i dont mind animals i dont like them near food. we was using hotel next door most of time for food and drinks, as even though dogs there was not on furniture or in any eating places.”

“Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings.No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would.”

“From the moment we were picked up from the train station by Louie we were made to feel very welcome all the staff friendly and amazing, I had my birthday weekend and we loved it ! Had a 2 bedroom chalet and it was perfect had some lovely views , the spa area was fantastic we enjoyed a swim, sauna and steam room and a relaxing time used the facilities twice. “Limited parking but you can park overnight on a nearby street with parking for 90 minutes between 9:00 and 17:00. But leave before 10:30! Restaurant is expensive but the quality is good and the staff excellent.”
