“Las primeras semanas de una estancia larga me dieron una habitación “normal”, muy cómoda, limpia y confortable. En el momento que el hotel tuvo un aforo elevado me cambiaron a una habitación antigua, con una moqueta que distaba mucho de “limpia” y una cama que no solo no es cómoda si no que te rompe la espalda. A mayores, pago un desayuno que me cobran a 18 €/día y un café cappucino no está incluido. Esta claro que están realizando una mala gestión por parte de alguien.”

“The welcome was shocking, the arrival time was wrong. Did not receive the entry code by email the day before. The stairs very steep. Very dusty in bathroom. The shower only had very hot water. The window sill had traffic grit in the corners, window were streaked. Uneven floor, luckily we did not fall, but nearly did. If I had known I would not have booked. “I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back.”
