“We had a lovely stay at Horsley Lodge! The food was absolutely excellent, beautifully presented and full of flavour, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. “Las primeras semanas de una estancia larga me dieron una habitación “normal”, muy cómoda, limpia y confortable. En el momento que el hotel tuvo un aforo elevado me cambiaron a una habitación antigua, con una moqueta que distaba mucho de “limpia” y una cama que no solo no es cómoda si no que te rompe la espalda. A mayores, pago un desayuno que me cobran a 18 €/día y un café cappucino no está incluido. Esta claro que están realizando una mala gestión por parte de alguien.”

“The room was spacious and clean, the big bed was very comfortable, we paid for breakfast separately but found it very reasonable and a very good selection. The food was quality produce. But my highest praise goes to the courtesy and service level provided by the staff. We had issues on our journey to the hotel and they could not of been more helpful and considerate. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. ”

“Honestly felt like I had to write a review as it was a great stay. the Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and made the visit. They were extremely understanding when I made an error in my food choice and helped me pick something else, reassured me that the mistake was honest and were so polite about it. This is customer service at another level 10/10 ”

“One night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out. Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean. ”

“It was great. Staff wonderful, food great communications excellent, only slight detraction was the room was a tiny bit tired and in the cottage across the road with a bit of a sticky window. However in general terms we live the whole experience and I can’t praise the staff enough. They were brilliant ”
