“Property was clean and ideally located. It was advertised with 3 en-suites and a bathroom but only has 2 and there was no hot tub (not that we wanted it). Kitchen facilities were good and size of rooms were good. Nice to have 4 double beds. Overall was good property and if needed to visit Nottingham again would rebook”

“Very welcoming home and hosts , lovely welcome breakfast package with fresh eggs , milk , bread , butter and all sorts of tea and hot drinks . Comfortable bed , toiletris provided , washing mashine with detergent provided . We felt like home ! ”

“Host cancelled my booking last minute because they realised children were part of that booking which very unprofessional because when I searched for properties this one showed as suitable for children and family. Also nowhere on the description it said its not suitable for children. Only after they cancelled my booking they updated the description. Very cheeky and unprofessional behaviour because I only had a day left before my trip to find another property which difficult to find. Very bad...

“Overall the house was clean and presentable. We found dirty towels in a wardrobe and only one small bath towel for each person. A drawer in the same wardrobe had a tube of shampoo/shower gell smeared on the interior. Broken mugs found in the kichen cupboard. A lack of a washing machine. Bathroom. I found thetoilet too low and the seat too far back making it impractical for easy use.”
