“Ils ne nettoient pas la chambre et ne changent pas les serviettes. Personnel de la réception froid et sans empathie. Mal organisés. Le 1er jour, ils m'ont fait payer la taxe touristique et pas la chambre. Au retour, la chambre était bloquée avec les bagages à l'intérieur parce que la chambre n'était pas payée! Deux jours + tard, idem pour le petit déjeuner.Puis, erreur dans la facture. Un désastre.”

“Excelente en todo sentido. A pesar de ser un edificio que se nota que tiene sus años esta bien mantenido. Destaco la atención del personal, TODOS son extremadamente amables, un placer tratar con ellos. El desayuno es bueno, variado y todo rico en general. El área de la piscina super limpia, muchas reposeras. Lo único en contra la playa, no es muy bonita, pero si no vas exclusivamente a hacer playa esta bien. En resumen, diría que es una muy buena relación calidad-precio.”

“This Hotel has an excellent service and comfortable rooms. It is not far from the blue House in Penang island. We visited Georgetown walking from the place. ”

“Loved the room. It was bright and modern and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was super good. There were great cafes right opposite the hotel. The only thing we had issue with was that the pool didn’t seem too well maintained. ”

“The hotel is generally good. Near the Chowprasta Market and Lebuh Keng Kwee street food. Within walking distance to Armenian St and Cannon St. Many food options nearby. The only downside was the room cleaning was only completed around 2 to 3pm. There were 2 days which I came back after lunch and the rooms were not made up yet.”

“The rooms are basic and noisy, but the staff is very kind and willing to help. The bar in front of the beach is really nice, beautifull sunsets, and in front of the hotel there is a small night food market perfect to taste local food. ”

“Edificio nuevo y tiene parking robotizado. Suite bien distribuida, con camas cómodas, limpia, mucha luz natural y vistas a la Torre Komar y la ciudad. No dispone de servicio de desayunos, pero hay una cafetería y 7eleven al lado. También hay 3 centros comerciales solo cruzar la calle. La ubicación es buena, está cerca del centro histórico. El único inconveniente es tener que atravesar 2 avenidas para llegar al centro.”

“Las instalaciones son buenas en general, el desayuno muyyyyy bien. Muchas opciones, muy bien presentado y el servicio del personal muy atento y amable. La recepción muy bien también, personal atento y amable. Resolutivos. La piscina está bien, sin ser una pasada, pero hace su función. El gimnasio está muy bien. El resto de servicios no los usamos. La habitación algo pequeña, al igual que el baño. Esperaba un pelín más por la categoría de hotel, pero adecuado.”

“Sweet little hotel and good staff. The breakfast could be picked up a little bit, I found that many of the dishes were cold when they should’ve been warm and the pastries were not up to standards. Yeah, beer was about $24 when asked for two small beers. Good thing no there’s a grocery store right across the street. Lots of great restaurants around, but don’t eat at the Lebanese one that’s close to the hotel, we sent two dishes back.”
