“The rooms are cosy and comfortable, providing a pleasant and restful stay. The only concern I encountered was the lack of consistent hot water in the showers, which I have also experienced during previous visits. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration and address the issue. Aside from that, the property remains an excellent choice and a truly enjoyable place to stay in Penang.”

10 min walking from Komtar. Good wifi. It is important to know that bathrooms are outside the room. Every room has its own bathroom buy you have to walk outside the room to reach it.
They tried to give me a room just beside the reception( 2 single beds)though I booked a queen bedroom.After waiting for 40 min and after several calls they decided to upgrade. Anyway that room shouldn't be offered.”
