“Muy básico. Comida bastante ajustada no de cantidad pero si de diversidad. Se me hace que el costo no va con lo que es. Y si incluye desayuno y si pagas la cena también. Pero no incluye ninguna bebida…. Ni agua en la cena”

“The staff went above and beyond. They went and picked up my suitcase that was delayed arrival and delivered to an airport for almost 2 hours away. They had amazing hospitality. Every morning, we are waking up with a awesome wake up. Call and treated to a great breakfast before going out on the most spectacular game drives. Could not recommend enough.”

“El hotel es espectacular, las comidas muy buenas variadas y completas .. inclusive tuvimos una cena con fogata. Las instalaciones son hermosas, la tienda / habitación muy amplia y acogedora. El servicio en general es excelente. Los paseos se organizan en el día y realmente vale la pena hospedarse dentro del parque . Lo recomiendo 100%”

“Nice location, great, safe property.”

“Your response is unacceptable. The Royal Hotel was closed for refurbishment at the time of my booking — a fact that should have been known to Hotels.com before confirming any reservations. It is embarrassing that such a booking was confirmed in the first place, and the stress caused is entirely due to your company’s failure to ensure the property was operational. I will be taking this matter up with my travel insurance provider and expect Hotels.com to review its internal processes to prevent...

“Muy bien. La propiedad es maravillosa, las vistas son increibles. Las instalaciones podrian mejorar un poco porque ya se sienten un poco antiguas pero la estancia es MUY buena. Muy recomendado.”

“Architecture and location are outstanding. Truly amazing. The Grotto suites are stunning. The views, to die for. The downsides are that the building is in need of a bit of maintenance with chipped and scratched plaster abounding. Our fridge was not clean but the linen was perfect. Lack of stair lighting to go to the main function areas is not great. Food in restaurants was good with large portions and welcoming, helpful staff. Highly recommend as a Kruger Park journey stop-over.”

“I can’t say anything bad about this awesome accommodation. With an impressive deck view over Kruger Park, a 5 mins car ride to Cocodrile Bridge and 14 mins to Komatipoort. The staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend to hire the Game drive service with Chasing Africa, it was one of the best experiences in my life. I will come back for sure :)”

“Todo excelente. Instalaciones y servicios. Lo único que mejoraría es proporcionar wifi libre. ”

“Lovely stay! All the staff was great, Dawvid our ranger over the top, very experienced and kind, we get to see a lot of animals including the big 5 and not only once”

“Our three-night stay at Kambaku River Lodge was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality from Garry that immediately set the tone for the entire experience. The lodge itself is beautifully designed, blending comfort with an authentic safari atmosphere. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of Kruger National Park and the Crocodile River. We shared the outside space with a few nyalas who took...

“The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof.”

“Fantastic experience. Very relaxing stay. A lot of nice books to read and the lobby/restaurant. Very nice terrace facing the stream. ”
