“The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. “Charming hotel with very friendly staff that is a great central for day trips to Windsor, Hampton Court, and London. The train station is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is kitty corner to the Thames. You can walk 5-10 min to restaurants, or enjoy the one at the hotel. Room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The car park for guests is the icing on the cake.”
