“Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. “Convenient for us and fine as accomodation, but there were no disability aids in the bathrooms (stability rails, non slip shower mats etc) for my elderly and rather unstable parents. Something you might like to make available for future clients.”

“Beautiful room with great views of the lake. Access to the hotel was tricky due to construction. Reasonably located and close to Canberra attractions like the City Center, walking paths, and parliament building. After staying at a similar class hotel in Sydney we suddenly found our breakfast options to be severely limited. We realized that they do not make Omelettes!!!”

“El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura.”

“Excellently positioned a short stroll from shopping precinct, we stayed in a 5th floor 1 bed apartment. Nicely furnished, albeit has outdated non-smart tv and the shower screen leaked water over entire bathroom. Nice restaurant on site but be warned, closes close to 10pm. Great staff and clean rooms. ”

“Staff were great. Room a little dated but overall ok, tv should have more options rather than stream cast which is glitchy. For the money paid would expect more, Breakfast also not impressed in terms of quality and clearly short staffed. They were run off their feet and clearly not able to keep up. Given a long weekend management should be prepared for business and provide adequate staffing levels. ”
