“The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. For the check out, the hotel room had a reminder back to the door which stated that the checkout was at 12:00 hrs. The housekeeping and front desk, both visit out room and sai the checkout was at 11:00 hrs. “This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this place. It is consistently good and the host is awesome to work with. We always enjoy getting to see what the marsh/sound brings to our stay. Last time it was a 40lb black drum and sting rays, this time it was an otter and a mink. The road getting there has had work done on it and it is sooo much better. We were pleased overall. ”

“This is now my favorite houseboat to stay in Venice Marina. Very clean houseboat and friendly hosts. Had a few questions during stay and was answered almost immediately. The only item that could improve my experience with this rental would be a small deep freezer to store your daily catch. The marina does store fish for a small daily fee so definitely not a deal breaker on renting this nice place. ”

“Great property. Very new feeling, with well stocked kitchen. Easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitely stay there again. We were a crew of 5 guys there for a fishing trip. It was nice to have Crawgators right there to eat at every evening! Very convenient to the parking lot when loading and unloading. Third house down on the left from the gangway.”
