“I gave up on reviews that say how clean a property was. This rental was truly clean! The surroundings were not pleasant (yet properties in February in New York are all pretty war torn). There were only two of us who stayed this trip and the two bedrooms were nice, however, the living room area only had seating for 3 or a very close together seating for 4. The hosts went out of their way to try to make everything convenient and pleasant. ”

Views from the deck were spectacular, witnessed a full moon rising in the East and delighted in the beautiful end of day light glowing in the fields below. “Twelve of us stayed for a long graduation weekend and the home could not have been better. It is spotlessly clean and so well-furnished and equipped - the pictures do not do it justice. Tons of space to spread out and gorgeous views and countryside around, but it took us twelve minutes to get to downtown Ithaca”

It would have been awesome if washer and dryer were part of the stay but no biggie. You just need to be careful when accessing the property in night as there are less lights on road. Rely on gps ”
