“Lovely hotel in a great location. Two bugbears: 1) the $50 a day “destination fee”. Why on earth not just be honest about the room rate? 2) the $17 per person free drink voucher which could only be used for a drink that cost $17 or less. Needless to say the drinks we ordered were not $17 or less. It was clever though - to use one voucher we ended up needing to buy 3 drinks because the first two didn’t count!”

“El servicio, la amabilidad del personal y su desayuno excelente. Todo muy bien el único detalle es que no cuenta con elevador y es muy complicado mover el equipaje. Al igual que para personas adultas es complicado tanta escalera.”

“Very disappointed, told manager he should be ashamed of putting anyone in that room…Room L.!!!
Upon entering our room, we were overcome with a super strong unpleasant urine odor. The entire room was a disaster, a huge hole in the ceiling covered with some plexi boards and nails, and the carpet was rippled in several places, from where it had been wet. By far, the bathroom floor urine oder was the worst!!
I called the Wynstones manager and he totally played dumb. Acted like it was impossible...
