“We chose this home because of the location to the nearby finger lakes wineries and Watkins Glen State Park. The rooms fit 27 guests comfortably (sharing rooms; twin trundle beds pop-up). For parking, there is only room for 10 cars, as stated in the description. I misunderstood thinking we could park additional cars in the lawn. “Wine and Roses is a very cute house. It is on the small size, but that was fine with us. There is a master bedroom with a small bathroom (handicap bars in the shower!). The two other bedrooms are a nice size. The hall bath is small, but more than adequate. This is an older home with older furnishings. A few of the sofas and chairs were covered.
