“Staff were the best thing about the hotel stay. Room was nice enough for our 1 night stop over (family room) with breakfast. Could have been cleaner in the room, no AC, and standing lamp didn’t work. Also could hear the people above moving around.”

Party on Saturday meant the hotel users were barred without consent to the area. No safety in the sauna such as wear slippers.”

“Lovely stay within walking distance to the beach and the bus stop. The bed was really comfortable and despite the heatwave, the room was quite cool - I appreciated that very much. The hotel clearly cares about their guests as I heard one employee asking another if all the rooms were stocked with water and they refilled my and others’ water bottles with cold water.”

We went for my friend's birthday stayed on the Saturday night, had a great time and booked a surprise treatment for the Sunday morning, when she went down for the treatment it was not on their system and the receptionist was abrupt to my friend and asked if she had the right date, I went and showed all the information ( emails, when I phoned and the money that had been taken from...
