“Ok as soon as I checked in I got a room where bathtub did not work ( my reservation was for garden tub room). Then moved to room , no tub. Moved again , no tub each time I was moved I had to get all of my own stuff and bring it to front desk. I finally (at 1030 pm) just moved back to my original room where they got tub working but only hot water. Room was never touched in 4 days. No new towels, no garbage emptied On my last day they accidentally locked me out of my room. I asked for...

“Asheville weather was extremely cold and windy. The stores in downtown were all touristy Our condo was fine. Parking was an issue.”

“Great location. Kitchen could use a few more basics for cooking. Other couple had to park in nearby garage because on only 1 parking pass but we all had access on our phones to the building. Loved that easy access to the park across the street for dog. Overall would definitely stay here again. ”
