“This property was just as advertised. It was right in downtown Asheville. We were able to walk to almost everything with the kids. The property itself felt secure and safe with the security measures it took to get into the building. The parking spot in the garage was pretty tight. We were able to get our SUV in with one of us getting out and guiding the other. We’d definitely stay again!”

“My hubby and I stayed in this condo for 1 week while in Asheville for a family wedding. The condo is in a great location. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. There is also a small park right across the street. The Paxton Key app we had to download to our phones to gain entery into the parking lot and the public doors worked very well for us. “This place is a jewel -- spotless, well supplied, complete with full kitchen and appliances. It's 2+ blocks from Pack Square -- we easily walked to Grove Arcade and the Basilica St. Lawrence. There are dozens of fine dining experiences (and even more great less-than-upscale eateries). A rooftop bar with a vista of the town and mountains was also a short walk away. “For two people, this is a great choice. Place was clean and as shown in the pictures. It is a short walk to the main drag. A few blocks from food and breweries in the area. Only down sides were the eating area is small (at the kitchen island) and the stools didn't seem to match the counter height. The other is hooks for clothes/towels in the bathroom..
