“A shame that the 75 steps/stairs weren't mentioned in on-line listing. My mother is in her late 80's had trouble with the 17 concrete steps to entrance door,then she had to negotiate 40 wooden stairs to the apartment's front door.(the remaining 18 steps were from the parking area).No fire escape fitted. The apartment itself was lovely.The view was lovely.”

“Property was very well situated and clean. It had all the things for a very comfortable stay in lovely Swanage. Parking just outside the flat.We have two suggestions for improvement: firstly the large bedroom was very well equipped but the small window had no blind and the morning light came streaming in very early - blackout would have been great. The second smaller bedroom was fine for two children but there was no wardrobe or chest of drawers so not really appropriate for another adult....

“I went for a midweek break. Very clean, comfortable, bedding provided. Carol friendly and helpful. I stayed in top apartment (6) which is 4 short flights of stairs. Partial sea view from lounge. 2 mins walk downhill to beach. ”

“My family stayed for a week in this cute little modern holiday flat. It’s small, but perfectly proportioned and equipped for a holiday stay. Well located right in the heart of Swanage, yet has a slightly ‘tucked away’ feel up a hidden staircase and located amongst the rooftops of the building. A good choice in a cosy space. ”
