Accurately listed on expedia. Thoughtfully decorated - loved the elclectic book selection in the room . Breakfast just fabulous. Jonathan was a great host - very helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. Made for a great anniversary weekend.”

“We had a really lovely time over the Easter weekend. The property and the grounds are beautiful but a little bit tired in places, which only really added to the look. The housekeeper who greeted us was so lovely and welcoming and our room was fantastic. It was a really unusual space and we had a huge balcony which we enjoyed. The only downside was on the first night we struggled to get any hot water for a shower, but after asking for some help the housekeeper came and sorted it for us. The...

“Staff were a delight the entire stay. Room (1) was beautiful and clean, with windows on 3 sides (excellent for a breeze), lovely roll top bed, comfy mattress and very nice modern bathroom. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Ate at the hotel Saturday night and it was superb. Scotch egg was delicious, pork fabulous and the pizza was gorgeous.
