“What a lovely old building to stay in. Very relaxed. Wonderful grounds, although perhaps a little more attention could be on the fish pond. We were in the additional annex, with a really large, spacious room with two additional beds separated, and a large king size bed. All the usual items, tv, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, chest of drawers, make up table with mirror, full length mirror, heater, two windows (opening), a pair of armchairs and a wardrobe with a dozen wooden hangers. “We are regulars at the knoll house , we take our dog with us. Studland Beach is just across the road and is fabulous. The food is really nice. It is such a relaxed atmosphere and quirky old hotel with a lot of history. We love it. !!!”

“David and Lorna were lovely. Nice warm welcome and explained what was on offer and asked if there was anything that we needed. They were off on a short family break leaving the In Laws to cover Breakfast etc. Incl checking out and settling the bill 'if this had not already been done with David or Lorna before they had left'. Slight Communication breakdown we felt but overall had a fab stay. Reccommeded by us.”
