“The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our luggage was safely stored when we checked out. The room was tidy and had a nice bathroom. Included in the room was a kettle and a nice selection of coffee and tea. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty food including a full cooked breakfast, omelettes, toasties and smoked salmon bagels. The hotel is close to North Bay beach, Peasholm Park, Scarborough Castle, South Bay Beach, the North Bay Miniature Railway and Sealife Scarborough...

“Helpful staff and very handy having the small kitchen. Great location but the area was loud and the guests upstairs were very noisy. We could hear everything. Parking permit provided which was handy for the on street parking. Overall good.”

“The location and having car parking is really good. The house has a lot of history and is really quirky. Lots of space - in both the house, our bedroom and the bathroom. There were a few little missing touches that would have made our stay even better: - although there is a cupboard and large set of drawers for clothes there were no coat hangers - there was nowhere to hang the hand towels in the bathroom. We had to just place them on the window sill - there is a small common room with 4 table...

“Great stay from start to finish!”

“We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings”
