“Just ten mins walk to town centre, few minute walk to north sea seaside, location is lovely. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, the shower has high water pressure which is good for after walking all day. The only one thing is kettle doesn't clean, some water left there when I check-in.”

“Great Communication from Emma & Dave. Emailed us the day before our stay to ask what time we be arriving so our room was prepared for us. And what a lovely surprise when we arrived. Room 7 was fantastic with a large bay window. We were left a parking permit and parked right outside the property. The Bathroom was very spacious with a lovely power shower. The Room was spotlessly clean. We have stayed in many guest houses in Whitby and we both agreed this was one of the best. Well done Emma & Dave”

“We had a very nice stay at The Esklet Guest House. The owner met us on arrival and gave a very clear instruction on the parking arrangements. It is on street parking, the owner gave us a parking disc for the first night and also a permit for the following two days. Very useful to have clear instruction rather than be left to figure it out yourself. The accomodation was a large ground floor room. Very clean and comfortable. “Nice small hotel in quiet close at the top Peasholm park. Walkable to North Bay attractions, with bus services to town centre and South Bay. Friendly host, good breakfast and clean room. I stayed three nights in a single room, with comfortable four foot bed. Room was compact but had everything I needed for my stay. Good value as well!”
