“We really enjoyed our stay at Ronda’s unit in Spanish Main. The location was amazing with wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and the beach access was incredibly convenient. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we could need. Ronda is very kind and provides a lot of sweet hospitality details in her property. We will definitely be coming back to Cocoa and hope to stay at this place soon! With three small children, it was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Cocoa...

“You can’t beat the location and the cottage overall is adorable. We woke up every morning and sat on the deck that overlooked the ocean and were in heaven. There are several things that need to be updated / fixed (bunk bed guard rail was missing, rickety kitchen table, etc.) but otherwise, it was a great stay that we’d definitely recommend.”
